Why Go: Avoid Carmageddon and head to the Eat Real Festival, a celebration of all things tasty, handmade and fresh, with a focus on street food, local wines, handcrafted beers and traditional food craft, all featuring sustainable, local ingredients.

Learn About Energy Upgrade California

The Good Hurt DEFIB Electronic Music Show
Where/When: Good Hurt Nightclub, 12249 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90066. Sun. July 17, 8 p.m.
Why Go: Stay away from Carmageddon and enjoy DEFIB, the original electronic music show. The lineup includes: Kelly Divan, Ston3wall, Yosh-E, Digital Hippie, and Mark Kill. The Good Hurt also features pool tables, a multimedia show, go-go dancers, and free energy drinks.
Pricing: $10 cover. Must be over 21.
