No to a City Health Dept.

I currently oppose this idea because the leaders of City Hall have been failed leaders according to the recent 2020 Commission Report.  So, LA County has already got this covered.  This way the City has no access to the county money.  It the City creates its own Health Department, then it gives the city council another department to skim money from.
