Little Akira has personality plus!
She is constantly wiggling her stub of a tail and is always happy to see anyone. The 6- to 8-year-old little dog looks to be a Min Pin/Chihuahua mix. She was brought into the shelter as a stray, and even though her owners were located, they never came to pick her up.
Akira is great with people and other dogs. She likes to chase cats, though, so her new home should probably not have feline friends.
You can meet Akira at one of Much Love's adoptions in Venice on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the southeast corner of Abbot Kinney and Venice boulevards. You can also contact Much Love through its website.
