Sponsored by the Mar Vista Community Council in conjunction with community organizations and local businesses, there will be live entertainment, food, arts and crafts booths, community information booths, inflatable bouncers for kids and an art expo. And Farmers' Market Manager Diana Rodgers will be honored at the event.

Why Go: Come meet and mingle with environmental artist Marina DeBris. DeBris creates "precious jewels" containing washed up pieces of plastic and air gun pellets to highlight the problems of ocean pollution. The show will be up through October 26.

Why Go: You don't have to drive all the way to Hollywood to see some of the best improv ensembles in Los Angeles and beyond. Just head to neighboring Culver City for a night of fun and laughter.
