Mar Vista Eco-Artist to Host Trashion Show

Marina DeBris will be hosting a trashion (trash fashion) show Saturday at Rolling Hills Estate as part of a daylong effort to raise awareness about trash pollution.

Trash Zombies are returning to the South Bay this Sat. Oct. 27 in an effort to raise awareness about trash pollution around the globe.

Local Mar Vista eco-artist Marina DeBris, who creates fashion out of the waste washed ashore in our polluted ocean will host a trashion show (trash fashion) at Rolling Hills Estate from 12-1 p.m.

The trashion show is just one part of the day’s activities, which also includes the annual Thrill the World zombie dance off, and a documentary by seapulse films.

Let me clarify: All I tried to do was re-link to the video that was dumped when Patch revised itsRead More format. The Festival of the Chariots won't be coming to Venice for months.

One year, long ago, Alice Coltrane performed. Anyone know the year? Definitely in the 70's.
