Rescue Pet of the Week: Sunshine the Pretty Kitty

Sunshine is a two-month-old orange and white kitten with -- you guessed it -- a sunny disposition.

Sunshine was left at the door of the Friends of Animals Foundation in a cardboard box with a note and a $20 bill.

Named for his sunny disposition, Sunshine is only two months old.  Friends of Animals volunteers whisked him off to the vet, where he was declared fit and healthy.

Sunshine is soft and fluffy with an orange-and-white coat. He craves attention and adores being stroked and petted. He's a happy fella, but would really flourish in a home with a family. He's still young and cute and fluffy and will make the perfect family pet.

Friends of Animals Foundation also still has lots of kittens from this last, very busy kitten season. Sunshine's buddies include short-haired and long-haired, white and black, grey and brown, tux and tabby kittens and even a couple of Siamese kittens, all looking for loving homes.
