Sloppy Joe Wants Dinner at Your House

This goofy, friendly lab mix is up for adoption.

Meet Sloppy Joe!

He was rescued from the Lancaster shelter on March 2, because he was scheduled to be euthanized the next day for no other reason than his two weeks were up.

He is probably between 1-2 years old and weighs about 65 lbs.  He is a big, goofy lab mix who is very friendly and sweet. If you kneel down he will climb on your lab to be petted.

He is very good natured and seems to love everyone and everything.  He can be timid sometimes, but gets over it quickly.  He has a handsome, yellow coat and warm, brown eyes. He needs basic training and leash training, but he is smart and responds well to treats, so he will be a fast learner.

A family with a yard for him to have fun in would be a great home for Sloppy Joe.
