Green Screen Environmental Film Festival & Salon - Family Sustainable Fun Film Night

Green Screen Environmental Film Festival & Salon is a celebration of environmental action with film screenings, community activities and plenty of interactive dialogue aimed at engaging participants and attendees to connect with each other dynamically and take action based on the experience.

Over the course of fours days the Electric Lodge will host films from around the world: short, full length, for kids, music videos, experimental, documentary, and narrative.  Founder of the Electric Lodge Joel Shapiro, a doctor turned environmental activist created the Green Screen Film Festival because he was interested in what other activists around the world were doing within their communities.  He says that the Green Movement is no longer a niche but a necessity, "As a doctor, I used to treat one patient at a time.  Now I can help 6.3 billion people, by using the eco-system to save their health."
