Reese Witherspoon Seen Sipping Vino in Venice

Actress Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth were spotted at Gjelina in Venice Sunday, sipping wine, lunching and shopping, according to online reports.

In April, the couple was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia; Toth for driving under the influence, Witherspoon for disorderly conduct, according to perezhilton.com, which published an item about the arrests and "tisk, tisked" their Venice date.

A photo of Witherspoon can be seen online on the New York Dail News here. The publication suggested the actress be given "A wine-of-the-month club membership — so she can drink at home."
