Chef Aaron Ziegler to Open Pop-Up Restaurant in Venice
Bull&Dragon is opening in Flake through Dec. 21.
Chef Aaron Ziegler will open his pop-up restaurant, Bull&Dragon, Thursday at Flake, 513 Rose Ave., Venice.
The chef, who built a restaurant in a garage to cook for Nancy Silverton, Michael Voltaggio, Jon shook and host Garahm Elliot on covert kitchens, will offer a nine-item menu including dishes such as stuff cuttlefish and bacon-wrapped venison.
Chef Ziegler calls his cuisine "modernist farm-to-table," using locally sourced ingredients from Southern California.

Bull&Dragon’s first night is Thursday from 6-10 p.m. The pop-up will be open Thursday-Saturday nights through Dec. 21. Reservations can be made here. Bring your own booze, according to the reservation webpage.
