Bingo Fundraiser for Forte Animal Rescue

Marina del Rey's Forte Animal Rescue will hold a Bingo Night fundraiser on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. This is not your grandmother’s bingo — it’s fun and exciting, featuring celebrity ball caller Amanda Kimmel from Survivor, and awesome prizes! The event will be held at Hamburger Mary’s, located at 8288 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90046, (323) 654-3800. 

Join Forte for an exciting evening of what Los Angeles Magazine calls the “Best Gay Bingo,” fabulous prize packages, all while saving lives! Forte Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer organization, and 100% of donations will go directly to animal care.

 Parking available in lot or at West Hollywood City Hall.

Forte Animal Rescue is dedicated to finding solutions for the problem of pet overpopulation through its educational activities, animal adoption efforts, and outreach program. Based in Marina del Rey, CA, Forte was established in 2003. A 100% no-kill rescue, Forte saves all breeds and mixes, from poodles to pit bulls, with the belief that all animals deserve a chance at life. At any given time, Forte typically has 40 to 50 animals in its adoption program. To date, the organization has saved the lives of more than 900 dogs!

In addition to ongoing boarding and other expenses, Forte Animal Rescue continually incurs significant veterinary medical expenses for the animals it rescues. Donations and any support are always greatly appreciated. Donations can be made online or via regular mail at PO Box 10085, Marina del Rey, CA 90295. Forte Animal Rescue is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and 100% of donations go directly to animal care.

 

Forte Animal Rescue is also looking for foster homes for its rescued dogs, along with volunteers to help its adoption events.
