The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County declined today for the 11th time in 12 days, dropping six-tenths of a cent to $4.335.
The average price is 3.1 cents less than a week ago and 3.7 cents lower than one month ago, but 26.8 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has decreased 5.1 cents over the past 12 days, including seven-tenths of a cent on Sunday.
The Orange County average price fell today for the 13th time in 14 days, decreasing one-tenth of a cent to $4.315, 3 cents less than a week ago and 4.4 cents lower than one month ago but 25.7 cents more than one year ago.
The Orange County average price has decreased 5.6 cents over the past 14 days, including seven-tenths of a cent on Sunday.
