Hot Chocolate at Jin Patisserie Voted one of Top 10 in L.A.

Jin Patisserie will be closing at the end of March.

The Huffington Post chose Jin Patisserie as one of the best places in L.A. to enjoy a hot chocolate.

"Since a chocolatier’s in charge, of course Jin has Hot Chocolate ($5.50). Her approach is simple but effective, combining 72 percent bittersweet chocolate with steamed milk. She serves plentiful hot chocolate in a pitcher with two unfilled floral Earl Grey macaron cookies."

After almost 10 years on Abbot Kinney, Jin Patisserie will close March 24 due to a “sharp increase in rent,” according to owner Kristy Choo.

The restaurant does not have a new location lined up, and for now, will focus on cooking for wholesale customers. Its production kitchen, located at 5741 Buckingham Pkwy. in Culver City, will also be open for retail customers, who are encouraged to call in or email orders at (310) 399-8801 or info@jinpatisserie.com

Let me clarify: All I tried to do was re-link to the video that was dumped when Patch revised itsRead More format. The Festival of the Chariots won't be coming to Venice for months.

One year, long ago, Alice Coltrane performed. Anyone know the year? Definitely in the 70's.
