Paradiso Cross Fit, with an existing location in Marina del Rey, will be opening a new gym in January 2013 in Venice near the famous Gold’s Gym.
Paradiso offers group and private classes using a cross-fit regimen that consists of alternating workouts every 20 minutes, including gymnastics, lifting and rowing. It will continue operating its Marina del Rey location on Redwood Avenue as it expands into 711 Hampton Dr. in Venice.
Paradiso also incorporates a nutrition program for its members called Paleo that involves eating fresh foods like meats, vegetables and fruit and avoids grains, legumes, sugar and processed foods.
Rates start at $25 for a drop-in class, and for $200 a month, members have unlimited access to classes and facilities.
