On behalf of owner, FelCor Lodging Trust (NYSE:FCH), Jerde’s design comprises a 211-room hotel and 25 residential units within three terraced buildings situated at the corners of Ocean Avenue, Colorado Avenue and Main Street (stepping upward from west to east as a 5-floor, 63’ building; an 8-floor, 96’ to 107’ building; and a 15-story, 174’ to 195’ building).

Each building is topped with panoramic viewing decks, including a bar and lounge at the top of the middle building, with views  of the coast, the Los Angeles basin and the Santa Monica Mountains. Every room in the hotel will also have coastal views.
