That Alan Goldberg Contractors did a great job renovating that abanded church and bringing new life into our community

I live on the same street as the driveway that Alan Goldberg's latest project empties onto. He may have done a great job renovating, however the property is not meant for commercial occupancy and is now occupied by Loyalkasper, a business with numerous employees. Parking on our street has gotten more difficult since this business moved in. The occupancy is a violation and needs to stop.

Well it is better than the 16 town homes that would have been there. My understanding is that the owner is still trying to get the development pushed through.. At least a stand up,company like Loyal Kasper moved in, not another medical marijuana office. What exactly would you have liked to seen happen with the property? How would the traffic and parking have been if the 16 homes were built ? Where would there guests park? How many of them would have been running home offices with employees ? I am just saying ..

The Three residential units that the property was originally intended for.

wow.. who is this Jan guy ? I went to city hall to fight the development as well. I do not recall seeing you there ?? Are you one of those renters that always complains about anyone trying to help my community. Have you seen all the new condominium and apartment development going on .. Or what about those 4 more new city blocks of Playa Vista developments. It takes me forever to just go home at night. I am so glad that a small business has moved into my community and is ;providing jobs and revenue. You wont here me or my local friends complaining about that. Why don't you but your energy where it is needed like fighting the developers, not some small local business that brings a new twist to my community.
