My friend was beaten up and mugged last night coming home from Main street last night while riding her bike home around 2am. She is 30 years old and was alone when attacked. The incident took place on Hampton and Vernon street. The perps were two white males on skate boards wearing hoodies. They pushed her off her bike, beat her and kicked her badly. They took her money and left. She has a swollen face and a fractured jaw bone. Please let other people to be safe and for women to not walk or ride alone at night.

Our friend was pushed off his bike last night at 12:30 am, beaten, kicked and mugged. Incident took place at 25th and Pacific. Three black males 6' tall in hoodies. This is the third incident I have heard of recently.

i was chased by 2 black males when on my bike. they ran at me. around midnight. near palms and maplewood. abouto 2 weeks ago. street was empty. i was the only thing they were coming to get. cops did nothing but were very suspicious as to what i was doing on my bike at midnight. coming home from choir practice in a mumuu i assure you.
