405 Fwy. Wilshire Off Ramp to Close for 2 Weeks

Beginning Friday night, crews will intermittently close the Wilshire Boulevard east exit from the northbound lane of the 405 Freeway to facilitate the clearing of trees and plants from the area.

The Wilshire Boulevard east exit from the northbound lane of the 405 Freeway will be closed intermittently for two weeks beginning Friday while crews work to remove trees and plants from the area, according to Metro.

Metro officials say workers will be active from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a night crew will periodically close the off-ramp between 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. so that materials can be moved out of the area.

Access will be given to emergency vehicles at all times during the process, according to Metro.
