Celebrating Easter at Local Churches

Are you new to the area and don't know where to celebrate Easter Mass? Or perhaps you want to explore a new church? Here are a few churches in the area that are holding Easter Mass.

• Del Rey Hills Church: Easter services are scheduled for 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

• Playa Christian Church: The Easter Sunday service is at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Playakids Resurrection Egg Hunt.

• Sacred Heart Chapel at Loyola Marymount University: Sunday mass takes place at 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

• Venice-Santa Monica Free Methodist Church: The church’s “Easter Sunday Worship Service” will be at 10 a.m. followed by an Easter Egg Hunt for toddlers and infants at 11:30 a.m. in the Infant/Toddler House.

• Marina Christian Fellowship: Easter services will be held on Sunday at 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
