Pop-up Italian restaurant Barbershop will soon be springing up in Mar Vista.
Barbershop, had been serving diners on West 3rd Street at its previous pop-up restaurant from Dec. 19 to Jan. 12 and will move to Mar Vista on Jan. 30, staying through to Feb. 16. Chefs Walter el Nagar and business partner Mario Vollera will relocate to the La Petite Creperie location at 3809 Grand View Blvd.
They will serve a $65 five-course menu Wednesdays through Saturdays. The restaurant eventually hopes to secure a location in Venice and will serve only prix fixe dinners with one set menu every night.
