Election officials are encouraging registered voters to prepare for Tuesday's city election by studying their sample ballots and voter information.
Polls will open that day at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Residents can locate their polling places and sample ballots by visiting the Los Angeles County Clerk's website.
