Stay Dry with Art and Music – Or Choose to Get Wet

After toying with Venice for a week, it looks like the rain might have finally arrived. On the other hand, predictions for the week were pretty much off, so anything can happen. Either way, it's looking to be a kind of quiet weekend in Venice.

FYI, on the beach Saturday was cancelled due to the possibility of rain.

Need a dog or cat to join your family? Stop by the on the corner of Abbot Kinney and Venice boulevards between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to check out the fuzzy critters. Last week, a lovely couple adopted two 1-year-old sister dogs. Cute! Who will be adopted this week?

On Sunday, wrap up the weekend with some jazz at Hal's or Brennan's.
