Venice Italian Restaurant Voted One of Best in L.A.

Eight restaurants were chosen as the best in L.A.

Zagat rated Venice’s the third best Italian restaurant in Los Angeles for 2012.

Here is what some Zagat reviewers had to say about Piccolo, which means little in Italian.

“Oh, what a meal!” marvel guests of this “phenomenal” “rare find” presenting “inventive, fantastic” Venetian food and carving out a “small sanctuary of sanity” in a “funky Venice location”; the “incredible” wine list, “romantic” atmosphere and “courteous” service by an Italian-speaking staff complete the “costly” yet “outstanding” experience, adding up to an “absolute delight.”

The best Italian restaurant for 2012 in L.A. was Angelina Osteria on Beverly Boulevard, according to Zagat. For a full list, visit Zagat.com

Let me clarify: All I tried to do was re-link to the video that was dumped when Patch revised itsRead More format. The Festival of the Chariots won't be coming to Venice for months.

One year, long ago, Alice Coltrane performed. Anyone know the year? Definitely in the 70's.

Thank you, David, for your lucid and edifying dissertation on Passover. You just about said itRead More all...I would only add that if people get a chance during the holiday to view the movie version of Fiddler On The Roof they will get a truly inspiring feeling for what it meant - and means - to be Jewish.
