Week in Review: Garden Tour Peek, Airport Earth Day Rally and Smart Parking Meters

This week Patch checked out three gardens in the upcoming Garden Showcase Tour. Here are our top five stories from April 17 - April 23.

5. Windward School's Ethics in Action students teamed up with Spirit of America and the U.S. Marines to send backpacks with school supplies to students in Afghanistan. during which the kids from both countries had the opportunity to chat and learn a little about one another's lives.
