Babywearing Boogie is designed for postpartum moms and/or caregivers from 6 weeks to 3 years after the birth of their baby. This dance class will offer an opportunity to tone those areas that have received less attention, restore alignment and muscle balance, and promote physical and mental well being in a safe and effective manner as we build a sense of community and security while wearing our babies and having fun!! A sling, carrier or woven wrap should be used. Please follow your carrier’s guidelines for weight limitations. Prior dance experience is not necessary.
