This class is specifically designed for the needs of expecting moms with an emphasis on stamina, strength, and stretching– appropriate throughout all stages of pregnancy. Safely, effectively and within the comfort of our own community, our class will consist of a warm up, cardiovascular conditioning, and a cool down. We will also dig deeper, creating a safe space to check in and be present with our feelings, fears, and victories and most importantly– HAVE FUN!!! This class is open to anyone– no previous dance experience necessary!
