A friend and I are engineering an event called "Candles Across America" to show support for the victims of the Newtown CT tragedy. The idea is to get everyone across the entire nation to hold a candlelight vigil at the same time. 12/22/12, Sat. at 5pm PT/8pmET , even if it means stopping whatever they are doing to walk outside with a candle. The idea is to extend our hands and our light from the West Coast to the East Coast in memory of the victims. Locally, we are organizing a vigil right outside of Mar Vista Park this Saturday, Dec 22nd at 5pm, on the corner of Palms Blvd and McLaughlin Ave. Trying to get any media attention we can to this location to cover this story.
