End of a Cycle, New Beginning Meditation Workshop with Laura Fuller

Finish this year and begin the new one in consciousness, appreciation, and vision. This workshop is designed to support you in 40 days of meditation, carrying you through the solstice, the transition into a new era as represented by the Mayan calendar, and the start of 2013. Whether you are interested in learning meditation for the first time, or have a long-time practice and would like to join with a group, take this chance to commit to new patterns of the body, mind, and heart.

Workshops will take place on Saturdays from 3 to 5 pm and will also support you in a daily practice, if you would like

December 8th Karma & Freedom

Join us for one workshop, or all three. Enjoy just when you can, or commit to 40 days of practice. Participate to any degree that you would like. The 40 day practice represents a symbolic number of transformation and also the length of time that has been found necessary to create a new neuro-pattern.

The 40 days will begin on December 1st (the first workshop) and go through January 9th. You can meditate 5 minutes a day, or 20 minutes a day--what ever you would like. And can dedicate this commitment to any transformation, healing, or growth you are wanting to make. Different styles of meditation will be presented to allow you to find a practice that serves you and that is doable. Each workshop will include meditation, contemplation, conversation, presentation, and some gentle yoga. Non-local people are welcome to join in the 40 day meditation practice as well.

Pre-enrollment:
$20 for a single workshop, $45 for all 3. $25 on the day of.
