Grassroots Acoustica Foundation is a California 501(c)3 non-profit organization that inspires musicians & music fans to make a measurable difference in L.A.'s charitable community through benefit concerts. 

Five year-old songwriter showcase Grassroots Acoustica meets on the second Saturday of every month at The Talking Stick, never charges a cover, & has raised over $54,000 in voluntary contributions supporting education, arts, social services, medical research & animal rescue organizations while also attracting a vibrant community of volunteer performers from the local scene, hit songwriters, nominees and/or winners of Grammy, Emmy, Obie, Oscar and even Peabody, ASCAP & BMI million air award recipients, one ASCAP Song of the Century winner, national touring acts swinging through L.A., session player royalty, two actresses from Robert Altman films and one reality show star.
