- The third Tues of the month means Folk Rock 'n' Blues, the Talking Stick's monthly dose of musical goodness with Venice songbird, STEFANI VALADEZ & the amazing songwriter, STEVE MOOS with their heavenly handed rhythm section, Christo Pellani on drums & percussion and Rick Moors on bass. This month they will play early and share the evening with out-of-town special guests, RONSTADT GENERATIONS. You're in for a real treat..

More about RONSTADT GENERATIONS: Steeped in family music traditions dating to the 1840s when his great-grandfather emigrated from Germany and settled in the Southwest, Michael J. Ronstadt – younger brother of renowned singer Linda Ronstadt – was wrapping up 7 years touring internationally with the Santa Cruz River Band. Simultaneously, his sons Michael G. & Petie had become increasingly engaged in individual music endeavors. This band represents a return to their music roots, and this project explores, preserves and shares the rich musical history of the Ronstadt family. That legacy, which has been noted in a number of history books and publications, began in the late 1800s.
The Talking Stick is located in the Pollo Loco Shopping Center at Lincoln & California and is now open 24/7.
