It's taken us over a year to move in and get things just right, and finally Westside Shambhala is excited to announce the opening of our Community and Meditation Space here on the Westside! And to kick it off, we are reaching out to the vibrant, creative community of West Los Angeles that our members spring from. Come celebrate with us! Shambhala is a global Contemplative Community of over 170 centers that offers a complete path of meditation practice and study, including within the arts. Westside Shambhala offers a whole range of programs and classes including free meditation instruction during a number of weekly open meditation sits. Please come join us!
