Fundraiser to Benefit The Boys And Girls Club of Venice and Maintaining the EYRC Mission

The EAGLE ROCK YACHT CLUB (ERYC)--a Los Angeles-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to helping create positive growth for at-risk youth and young adults through workshops, mentorships and the game of dodgeball--has announced details for the FIRST ANNUAL SADIE HAWKINS DANCE OF AWESOME. Dance of Awesome, you ask? Yes, awesome. Participants get to raise money for a good cause while dancing to music by dublab deejays, getting creative with the live screen printing by Hit+Run, imbibing in wine provided by Bear Flag, noshing on food from the NomNom Truck, hamming it up for roaming photographers and in photo booths, and much more.

 

The dance will be held Saturday, March 12 at the Boys & Girls Club of Venice. Tickets are available now at $20 per person and the price includes a Hit+Run screen printed t-shirt, one free drink and more. Or find a date and save a few dollars by purchasing a couples ticket for $35. Ticket prices will go up after March 1 so buying early is encouraged. An option to include a corsage and boutonniere is available too! https://eryc.wufoo.com/forms/sadie-hawkins-dance-party-of-awesome  

Proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Venice and to help maintain the mission of the Yacht Club. ERYC works with local parks and their staff to help reinvigorate recreation centers in Los Angeles. The organization also currently runs three dodgeball leagues throughout Los Angeles--North Hollywood, Glassell Park and Venice--and encourages their over 300 young, socially-minded members to join their efforts in creating strong communities.
