The Mar Vista and Abbot Kinney Memorial libraries will be closed along with all other City of Los Angeles public libraries. Bank of America, Citibank and U.S. Bank bank branches will be closed. Wells Fargo and Chase banks will be open as will most retail and commercial businesses. City government is open for business.
The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail Monday.
Trash in the city of Los Angeles will be collected.
