This week we have a complex of four newly-built single family homes on Beethoven Street built with sustainable materials.
These four single family homes were designed by architects Killefer Flammang.
Focusing on quality construction and sustainable features, each home boasts redwood siding from an 1863 lumber mill, Nichiha cement panels & sustainably harvested bamboo wood floors.
The gourmet kitchens have Caesar Stone counters, Porcelenosa tiles and Bosch appliances.The large living room has 11ft ceilings and the staircases are free hanging glass stair treads.

The master suites also have high ceilings, walk-in closets and showers with pebble stone floors and domed skylights. The first floor guest bedroom has its own entrance and can also be used as an office or a rental unit.
Each of the four homes have private garages andno common walls.

These homes are priced at $749,000 each.
The open house is Sun., Aug. 28 from 2 -7 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
