Chromecast Works like Android Mini PC

Chromecast is a product to be expected in this summer. Its advantages are obviously: cheap – only $25 and simple use. It turns any HDMI TV into a giant streaming display. Chromecast is controlled by a phone or tablet, and you can play the local videos and music wirelessly on the big screen via it. Chromecast also provides streaming online videos on your TVs. When you play the videos on your phone, tablet or PC, it is synchronously play on the TV. And that’s it, that’s all a Chromecast can do!

Chromecast’s functions are limited. In fact, an Android Mini PC can do what Chromecast has done and provides other services for users. Chromecast can’t work without the phone, tablet or PC, while the Android Mini PC can. Since an Android mini PC is a standalone computer, you can attach a wireless mouse, keyboard or dedicated remote directly. You can even use Google's voice commands, provided that you have a microphone.  If you really want to use your phone to control your Android stick, you can use an app such as RKremotecontrol, a free utility from Rock Chip, the company that makes the CPUs for most devices in this category.

Meanwhile, an Android Mini PC can be a Game Console. By connecting the TV, mouse and keyboard with Android Mini PC together, you can play the shooting games from Android market. Besides, by attaching a webcam with Android Mini PC, you can do the video chat with your family, colleagues and friends at home.
