Venice Dog Park on Westminster is a great community asset for all dog lovers but every day beach goers and living vans park in the parking lot so there are no spaces in this limited parking area for people actually bring their dog to the park. What can be done to have a No Dog - No Entry rule so parking here is used for what is is designated for - Dog Owners.
