'Grease' Is the Word at Venice High School

Hundreds turn out for the second Grease-Sing-A-Long on the football field of Venice High School, which doubled as Rydell High in the popular 1970s musical.

Hundreds of people, including Venice High School students and alumni, gathered on the school's football field Friday night for the second Grease-Sing-A-Long to benefit the school's alumni association.

Venice High doubled as Rydell High in the popular 1970s musical that featured John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.

Classic cars helped give the event a 1950s film and those unfamiliar with movie's songs were helped with lyrics at the bottom of the screen.
