Boardwalk Auto Mayhem/Death/Injuries (AND WHY THIS CANNOT BE PREVENTED):
Though
there are vulnerabilities on the boardwalk, that allowed this situation
to occur, and we will take measures to attempt to reduce the potential
for this type of even to occur in the future, with barriers installed,
it MUST be noted, that it appears as though the culprit who drove onto the boardwalk and into the crowd, did so, on purpose. (Click link for full commentary.)
