Letter: Rosendahl Endorses Greuel for L.A. Mayor

CD 11 Councilman Bill Rosendahl says he is supporting Wendy Greuel in her bid for the mayorship in 2013 because she is “a smart manager who can make her vision a reality.”

I know Wendy Greuel. I’ve had the pleasure of serving alongside her, both together on the City Council and then after her election as Controller.

Our next Mayor needs to be smart, levelheaded, and candid if we’re going to get our city back on track. That’s the Wendy I know, and that’s why I’m proud to support her campaign for Mayor.

Please join me – endorse Wendy Greuel for Mayor right now.

Wendy’s background as a small business owner and as our city’s Controller is just what LA needs right now.  Wendy is a smart manager who can make her vision a reality.

In these tough times, Wendy will focus on turning our economy around, by helping small businesses thrive and create jobs.

But first thing’s first. Join me by endorsing Wendy for Mayor – let’s help her win this!

But Wendy’s not just about delivering on the basics.

When I fought for a cleaner environment and transparency in government, Wendy was right there with me. When I fought for justice and equality, Wendy was right there with me. When I fought to make sure working men and women have a fair shot at the American Dream, Wendy was right there with me.

Wendy gets it. And she’ll get it done as our next Mayor. Please endorse her today.

Thanks,

Bill Rosendahl

Let me clarify: All I tried to do was re-link to the video that was dumped when Patch revised itsRead More format. The Festival of the Chariots won't be coming to Venice for months.

One year, long ago, Alice Coltrane performed. Anyone know the year? Definitely in the 70's.

Thank you, David, for your lucid and edifying dissertation on Passover. You just about said itRead More all...I would only add that if people get a chance during the holiday to view the movie version of Fiddler On The Roof they will get a truly inspiring feeling for what it meant - and means - to be Jewish.
