Rosendahl Deserves Another Term

Venice should support the councilman's recently announced re-election bid for 2013.

Councilman Bill Rosendahl got out ahead of the pack last week, announcing he will run for re-election in March 2013. This would be his third, and final, term.

I’ve always found him to be responsive and engaged with the needs of our community. One of our needs is to address the issue of homelessness, and although Rosendahl has taken flak for his initiative, I’ve never doubted his sincere desire to help people living on the street or in their vehicles.

And it's clear Venice is close to his heart. The councilman chose Venice Beach as the site for his inauguration, even though he lives in Mar Vista.

A former television executive, this was Rosendahl’s first foray into elected office. Although I don’t agree with everything he’s done, I strongly back his re-election.

The 11th District includes Playa Vista, LAX, Westchester, Mar Vista, Del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Playa del Rey as well as Venice.

We need a good Republican to replace this bum.

Councilman Rosendahl has worked tirelessly for this diverse district and certainly deserves another term.

Rosendahl's ratings are at an all time low. It findly caught up with him. What a do nothing that gives lip service.

Is there actually something known as a "good Republican". I couldn't help it. I'm sure Rosendahl works tirelessly for this "diverse district" but he still hasn't done anything notable.

The only new term that "Bull Rosendahl" deserves in my opinion would be in the company of Charles Manson and Sirhan. Speaking of his "Roadmap to Housing" all it seems that he accomplished was to bring the drug and prostitution trade indoors. I would employ him though as a doorman in a hotel or as Santa Claus. In my opinion he is rotund, vacuous, and has delusions of grandeur.
