Missing 18-Year-Old Westside Girl Found Safe in Wyoming

The teenager reportedly went on a road trip with friends without telling her family.

Caroline Karimi, the 18-year-old Cheviot Hills teenager who went missing on Monday morning has been found unharmed in Wyoming.

KTLA reports that Karimi, who suffers from a form of autism, called her father,  Dr. Art Karimi on Wednesday. He said his daughter went on a road trip with friends without telling her family.

Karimi  was last seen and heard by her family around 7 a.m. Monday morning at her home on the 2900 block of Queensbury Drive, near the Century City area of West Los Angeles, according to her father. Her family went to the police after it was found out that she didn't show up for work.

Police said Karimi does not have a history of going missing, and that she was supposed to be on a flight to Boston Wednesday morning.
