New Video Footage of Deadly Venice Boardwalk Hit-and-Run Accident Surfaces

The video was released online by Britain's Daily Mail.

A new video of the hit-and-run accident that killed an Italian tourist on the Venice boardwalk in August was released online Wednesday by Britain’s Daily Mail.

The raw security footage shows the alleged driver, Nathan Louis Campbell, swerving erratically as pedestrians scrambled to take cover.

Campbell, 38, is expected back in court Jan. 22 for his arraignment. He is charged with murder, 17 counts of assaults with a deadly weapon and 10 counts of leaving the scene of an accident.

Campbell has been in jail since turning himself in to police a few hours after the accident.
