A November hearing date has been set by the California Coastal Commission to consider a major redevelopment proposal for Marina del Rey despite requests to delay the hearing until it could be held locally.
The redevelopment plans affect local area neighborhoods including Mar Vista, and the issue was raised at the .
The meeting has been postponed for several months now, but for now at least, the Nov. 2 deadline remains firm.
