You are invited to attend a Special Meeting of the MVCC Board of Directors. This special meeting will occur due to the time constraints placed on the Board by the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment regarding the expenditure of funds to be paid in the 2010-2011 fiscal year. This meeting is open to the public to attend and participate. Please note that the participants are requested to fill out a "Speaker Card" to address the Board on any item of the Agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item.
