Land Use and Alcohol Permit Applications at Upcoming Venice Neighborhood Council Meeting
New CD 11 Councilmember Mike Bonin will also speak at the July 16 meeting.
Several land use and alcohol permit applications are slated on the Tues. July 16 agenda of the Venice Neighborhood Council meeting, which will be held at Westminster Elementary School Auditorium at 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd. at 6:30 p.m.
According to the VNC agenda the council will hear requests for the following businesses:
- Bay Market at 22 East Washington Blvd.
- House of Pies at 1020 Venice Blvd. at Lincoln Blvd.
- Brickhouse Kitchen located at 826 Hampton Dr.
- New Single Family Dwelling at 745 Amoroso Pl.
The VNC will also hear presentations from the eight community groups recommended for funding through the Board's Community Improvement Projects for 2013.
