Rep. Karen Bass, a Democrat, was the only candidate on the certified list released Thursday by the California Secretary of State's office to appear on the June 5 primary ballot for the 37th Congressional District.
The district includes parts of Venice, Westwood and Century City as well as Mar Vista and Culver City.
The 37th Congressional District race is heavily Democratic. Of the 346,345 registered voters, about 65 percent were registered as Democrats.
