Venice Residents Score a Win Against Developer

Venice residents opposed to a developer's attempt to build up to 15 homes on three lots at 522 S. Venice Blvd. got a break on Dec. 4 when the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission overturned an earlier approval by the Los Angeles Planning Commission.
