The Grammy winning artist and his wife are moving to an area said to be near Abbot Kinney Boulevard.
OneRepublic singer Ryan Tedder has purchased a home in Venice for $2.85 million, according to TMZ.
The Grammy-winning artist ]and his college sweetheart wife, Genevieveis, paln to move into the five-bedroom, six bathroom property described as a "modern-minded micro-compound" by the blog realestalker.
The newly built home's interior space measures 3,551 square feet. The property includes a separate 1,000-square-foot guest house and is said to be off Abbot Kinney Boulevard about a 10-minute walk from the beach.
