Historic Venice Beach House For Sale

The 1911 Craftsman-style home is on the National Register of Historic Places.

A historic 1911 Venice Beach house is on the market for $5.9 million.

The 4,300-square-foot Craftsman sits on three lots and includes nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms, according to the listing on AOL Real Estate.

It is currently the most expensive home on the market in Venice, according to AOL Real Estate. The property has been a guest house for the last 30 years, but could be converted to a single-family home.

The property is listed by Justin Paul Huchel and brokered by Hilton & Hyland.
