Venice Priciest Homes: 25 S. Venice Blvd.

A four-bedroom, four-bath residence is among the most expensive homes on sale in Venice, according to the latest listings on the real estate website Zillow.

A beachside home with architectural features throughout is among the Venice locations rising to the top of the high-priced listings this week.

Built in 1990, the home features four bedrooms and four baths on a 3,963-square-foot lot. The $4.4 million house recently had its price cut by about $600,000. 

The home is near to restaurants, shopping and art galleries and is just a few steps from Venice Beach.

The Zillow.com listing notes the home includes Brazilian granite, hardwood and stone flooring, high ceilings, zoned central air and heating, a gourmet kitchen, five fireplaces and glass walls that bring in sunlight.

The residence offers a rooftop deck for entertaining and a 360-degree view of the ocean and mountains. The garage can house five cars and includes two guest parking spots.

Zillow estimates that home values in Venice will increase by 11.1 percent next year. That compares to 7.9 percent for the whole of Los Angeles. This particular home is 338.9 percent pricier than the median-priced home in Venice.
